INSURANCE:   The insurance practice is closed. The only way to enter as a new patient is via self-pay.

You can make a direct request to Dr. Budd if you would like to be on a waitlist to use your insurance. Please be aware, however, that you may never come off that list.   Self-pay patients will receive priority, and Dr. Budd is most likely only in Tucson full-time until the summer of 2012. After that time she will continue a part-time retreat-style practice in NW Tucson 2-3 weeks per year. She will live the rest of the year in Hawaii, where old and new patients are encouraged to come enjoy customized healing retreats in paradise. Time is limited, and the practice is presently full, with a waiting list that is activated by patient visit cancellations. Because of her membership on BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and United panels you will not be able to bill your insurance for out-of-network benefits if you join as a self-pay patient. It is truly your investment in mind-body-spirit well-being.

Many self-pay patients are able to come every other week or even once a month if funds are limited. Patients usually report feeling better after even one or several meetings with Dr. Budd. A single 1/2 day retreat can be life-changing. With insight, intuition, and heart-centered presence, Dr. Budd often helps people right to the core of their issues, radically shifting their perspectives.

SELF-PAY:

Initial mind-body-spirit wellness consultations are $250.

60 minute follow-up sessions are $180.

45 minute follow-up sessions are $150.

30 minute follow-up sessions are $120.

15 minute follow-up sessions are $75.

110 minute double sessions (recommended for intensive work and significantly quicker progress) are $350.

110 minute double sessions in nature (site located near Gates Pass in Tucson Mountain Park)(fastest progress potential working in collaboration with nature) are $375.

Including initial consultation, elements of ritual, shamanic journey (if requested), labyrinth walk, meditation, transformational spiritual psychotherapy outdoors, fire ceremony (weather permitting), and whatever else the moment invites.

Day-Long Retreats (approx 8 hours) are $888
including initial consultation + dynamic mix of dietary optimization, spiritual psychotherapy, energy/body work, creative exploration/art therapy, shamanic dreamwork, astrology, yoga/movement, meditation, personalized flower essence remedies, and more.

Day-Long Retreats in Nature (approx 6.5-7 hours) are $888
Including initial consultation, labyrinth walk, fire ceremony, shamanic journey (if patient requests), transformational therapy work outdoors in nature, meditation, and whatever else is called forth in the healing moment.

4 Day Intensive Healing Retreats are $2222
for 18 hours (5 h/day) of healing work on multiple levels and dimensions (complete whole-istic reprogramming) (Fri-Mon) + 1.5 hour initial consultation

Energy work, astrology, yoga, art therapy, movement/dance therapy, nutritional counseling, herbal medicine, psychotherapy, spiritual counseling, shamanic work, meditation instruction, etc. may be combined or highlighted as part of a 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 min. integrative follow-up session or intensive retreat. 45 min. is the most common session length and is the length of a typical psychotherapy session. Other times and fees can be negotiated individually.   Phone and SKYPE sessions (especially common for out-of-town patients who schedule an initial session during a trip to Tucson) can be arranged at the same prices. A discounted stay at an incredible ranch in the Tucson mountains (NW Tucson) or at an inn in historic downtown near the office can be arranged for out-of-town patients.   The outdoors healing retreats will take place at a beautiful location in the west Tucson mountains (15-20 minutes from downtown) or on site at the beautiful guest ranch mentioned above.

Cash and check are preferred, but debit/credit cards will be accepted via an online terminal with a small surcharge to cover the fees incurred.
